cEdit Version 7

cEdit 7 is a source code editor which is currently under development. It is the newest release of cEdit.

Allows for easier customization outside of cEdit.

Integrated HEX Editing

Edit binary files in HEX format.

Export to HTML

Exports a source code document to HTML with syntax highlighting.

Export to RTF

Exports a source code document to richtext with syntax highlighting.

Plugin architecture

Extend the functionality of cEdit without modifying the core.

Currently no concrete release date has been decided on but the expectation is to have a beta release by August of 2010.
